Delete your data

AI check-ins in Cilt Rota are tied to your account (Sign in with Apple, Google, or email). The fastest and most complete way to erase everything is from inside the app.

In the app (recommended)

Open Profile → Your data rights → Delete my account. This permanently deletes all of your data in this app — analysis records, usage counters (check-ins and AI coach messages), subscription record and any reports — from our servers, revokes Sign in with Apple for Cilt Rota if you used it, then clears all local data on the device. It cannot be undone. If you use the same Google, Apple or email account in our other apps, your account there is not affected. Deleting your account does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription; cancel it in your store account settings.

Without the app

If you have already uninstalled Cilt Rota, email [email protected] with the subject Cilt Rota data deletion request. Send it from the email address of your Cilt Rota account (for Sign in with Apple, the address shown in Profile, which may be a private relay address) so that we can verify the account. We respond within 30 days.

What is deleted

All of your data in Cilt Rota: derived skin-check results (scores, visible-signal notes, routine steps, language, timestamps), free and daily check-in counters, AI coach message counters, your subscription record, and any content reports you filed. Your sign-in identity is deleted too — unless you use the same Google, Apple or email account in another of our apps; then only your Cilt Rota data is deleted and your account there keeps working. Raw photos are never stored on our servers, so there is nothing to delete there.

What is kept

Limited, non-identifying security and abuse-prevention records may be retained where required by law. These contain no analysis content.

Download your data first

To export before deleting, use Profile → Your data rights → Download my data. It produces a JSON file with everything we hold for your identifier.
